What SwiftPatch is
SwiftPatch is a hosted service that lets you push signed OTA updates to your mobile apps. We run the control plane, the signing service, and the edge network that delivers your updates.
Your responsibilities
You own your apps, your keys, your users. You are responsible for the content you ship through SwiftPatch.
You must comply with the App Store and Play Store policies that apply to your apps. SwiftPatch does not override those policies.
Keep your account credentials and signing keys secret. Do not share them across organizations.
Acceptable use
No shipping malware, spyware, or code intended to harm users.
No violating Apple's or Google's store guidelines in a way that imperils SwiftPatch's ability to operate.
No using SwiftPatch to circumvent other parties' intellectual property rights.
Payment & cancellation
Usage-based tiers bill monthly. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Enterprise contracts are governed by the separately signed master agreement.
Liability
SwiftPatch is provided "as is". We aim for 99.95% uptime on Team+ plans; service credits are defined in the SLA attached to your plan.
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
