Privacy Policy

What we collect, what we don't, and what we do with any of it.

updated — 2026-04-01

Summary

We collect the minimum data needed to run SwiftPatch and nothing else. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train models.

This page tells you exactly what we collect and why, in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email hello@swiftpatch.io and we'll fix it.

Data we collect

Account data — email address, name, hashed password (or SSO identifier).

Billing data — processed by Stripe; we store a customer ID and the last four digits of your card for receipts.

Usage telemetry — deploy counts, device-update counts, crash-delta rates. Never user identifiers or personal content.

Server logs — request metadata, response times, error rates. Retained 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Data we don't collect

We do not collect your users' personal data. Your app's end users are your concern, not ours.

We do not log JS bundle contents. We store signed diff blobs encrypted at rest; we cannot read them.

We do not use session replay tools, heatmaps, or third-party analytics beyond self-hosted Plausible.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete all your data from the dashboard (Settings → Data).

For EU/UK users, we are the data controller and you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

For California users, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA. Same dashboard controls apply.
