SwiftPatch provides an over-the-air (OTA) update platform for React Native applications. The Services include a web dashboard, CLI tools, mobile SDKs, REST APIs, and related infrastructure for uploading, managing, and distributing JavaScript bundle updates to end-user devices.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the update platform
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we provide uptime commitments and remedies as part of these Terms. Enterprise customers may receive a separate SLA with custom terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and documentation, are owned by SwiftPatch and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use SwiftPatch's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTPATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
